New homes - lock up, fix and fit off

DBM Carpentry and Construction can take your new home to lock up stage or through to the fix and fit off stage of its build.

Lock up stage is the point at which the home is secure. It is weather proof and can now be locked; the windows, doors, and external cladding have all been installed.

The fix and fit off stage is possibly the most exciting stage of the build. Over a matter of weeks, you will see your living space being created as the interior of your new home is fitted out. A number of different trades are required throughout this process, including: electricians, plumbers, painters, tilers, and of course, carpenters. DBM can manage the project on your behalf, calling on our team of experienced, quality trades people as required.
